Clinician Time
One Analytics creates custom-built dashboards that visualize how clinicians are spending their time. Dashboards can show each clinician’s clinical activity (hours in sessions, made vs. kept appointments, etc.), supervision hours, and non-clinical activity (hours spent in internal and external meetings, outreach, etc.). The dashboards also show time allocation trends across the entire center.
Standardized Data Set (SDS)
One Analytics builds customizable dashboards that showcase data from the SDS. The dashboards allow counseling centers to filter and breakdown data from the SDS based on key demographic information (e.g. gender identity, race / ethnicity, class year, etc.).
CCAPS-62 and CCAPS-34
One Analytics creates custom-built dashboards that visualize data from CCAPS-62 and CCAPS-34. Dashboards include a listing of all CCAPS-62 items ranked by average response to each item and color coded based on subscale as well as visualizations showcasing CCAPS change scores (grouped by subscale). All dashboards are filterable based on key demographic information (e.g. gender identity, race / ethnicity, class year, etc.).
Client Satisfaction Survey
One Analytics builds customizable dashboards that showcase data from client satisfaction surveys. The dashboards showcase both aggregate center-wide responses and individual clinician results, making it easy to compare a clinician’s results to overall trends.

Counseling Centers
Each project is tailored to your specific needs, so costs can vary. We charge for actual hours worked, so you only pay for the time needed to complete your project—no unnecessary fees or bundled pricing.
We offer two pricing plans:
- Pay-As-You-Go – You assign projects to us as needed and receive monthly invoices at a rate of $175 / hour. This is a flexible arrangement that works well for smaller projects or ongoing support over time.
- Retainer – You pre-purchase a bucket of hours (minimum of 50) at a discounted rate of $150 / hour. Retainer hours never expire and can be used across multiple projects. This option is ideal for larger or longer-term projects.
Most projects typically range from $5,000 to $20,000, depending on the scope and complexity of the work, but we’re happy to discuss smaller projects or phased approaches based on your needs. We’re always willing to provide a detailed estimate based on your goals before we begin.
Timelines vary depending on your specific needs. Some projects can be completed in as little as one week, while others may take several weeks depending on the scope. Before we begin, we’ll work with you to understand your goals and provide a clear timeline, so you know what to expect every step of the way.
We’re often able to start quickly, but the timeline usually depends on how long it takes your internal teams—such as procurement or IT—to review and approve our contract. We recommend involving those teams early to help avoid delays.
Once the contract is signed, we can typically begin work within two weeks.
We recommend connecting with your IT team early in the process—ideally while you’re still considering a project. Doing so helps ensure technical requirements are clear from the beginning and can prevent delays later on. Here are two key questions to ask:
1. Do we have a business intelligence platform (like Tableau, Power BI, Domo, etc.) that we can use to help visualize our data?
This helps us understand the best path toward completing your project.
2. If we bring in an external consultant to support our data work, are there any access requirements or policies we should be aware of?
For example, do consultants need to work onsite, use a university-provided machine, or follow specific security protocols?

Yes! We’ve worked extensively with Titanium, but we’re also open to supporting other EHRs commonly used by counseling centers, such as Medicat, Point and Click, or Pyramed.
No—we’re happy to work remotely or come onsite, depending on your preference. In some cases, university IT teams have asked us to complete the work onsite using a university-provided machine to ensure everything stays within their network. We’re flexible and can adapt to whatever setup your team requires.
